These are the first two Nigerian Dwarf Goats born on our farm in 2003... on CHRISTMAS MORNING none the less!! These two little bucklings were appropriately named "Myrrh" (Murray) and "Frankincense" (Frankie)!! Aren't they tooo cute!! You can tell by Austin's hands (in the red jacket 13 1/2 at the time) just how small they are... I think they were just about 1 week old in this picture!!

If I told you that the dog tried to eat my picture, would you believe me??? OK, probably not since it is a computer image!! Hmmm how 'bout... I DID REMEMBER, REALLY but, I couldn't make a decision!! (PLUS, I had to go to the accountant to get our taxes back & Audrey had driver's ed. last night and... and... and I just went to bed 'cuz I was too tired to think!!) OK, well that is the real truth!! LOL Next week, back to WORDLESS WEDNESDAY posted on WEDNESDAY!! :)

They're so cute! And the names you picked for them are perfect! I love the idea of a small family farm. I've been toying with the idea of getting some laying hens for the girls, just for fun. (Well, for eggs, too!)

Hey, if I get a couple Nigerian Dwarf goats, can I turn them loose in my yard and sell the lawn tractor? I could name them Toro and Husqvarna ("Husqie" for short).

Adorable!

Don't invite me over for cabrito tacos, or there will be trouble...

Hey, and 7:43 a.m. Eastern time means it was probably still Wednesday *somewhere*.

You made it. :-)
