I found a wonderful afghan idea on the blog "Little Woollie".
I just loved the creative way of putting ANY color and
ANY stitch to each row and really, you can't mess this one up!!
It's an great way to use up scrap yarn and learn
and try new crochet stitches!!
I wanted to make my dad an afghan for Christmas....
I'm hoping that it will be done by then, but we'll see!!
I'm also working on a couple of simple baby afghans
that need to be finished up first!
Now enter the, 'oh man, my fingers are tired and why is
my upper arm muscle aching so much' problems of crochet marathons
and you'll understand why I'm HOPING to have it finished!
Here's where I am so far on the afghan....
I've kept it pretty simple and haven't gotten
too brave in trying anything new, but I plan to!
I really am enjoying the willy-nilly ways of this
kind of afghan!! I think I have discovered a wonderful, new
way to creatively use up the skeins I have on hand!!
THEN... I'll be able to replenish my stash with new colors!
